Welcome to use the NFC Sticker Card Member Value-added Service!
To use the NFC Sticker Card Member Value-added Service (referred to as: this service), you should read and abide by the NFC Sticker Card Member Service Agreement (referred to as: this agreement). Please carefully read and fully understand each term, especially the terms that exempt or limit liability, as well as the separate agreements for opening or using certain services, and choose to accept or not. The terms that exempt or limit liability may be highlighted in bold to draw your attention.
Unless you have read and accepted all the terms of this agreement, you have no right to use this service. Any purchase or acceptance of a gift or other acquisition of this service, as well as any login, viewing or other use, is deemed as your reading and agreement to be bound by this agreement.
Minors should review and fulfill this agreement under the accompaniment of their legal guardians. The exercise and fulfillment of rights and obligations by minors under this agreement is deemed to have been approved by their legal guardians. 1.
Scope of the Agreement
1.1 Applicable Parties of the Agreement
This agreement is an agreement between you and NFC Sticker Card regarding your use of the value-added service provided by NFC Sticker Card.
1.2 By agreeing to this agreement, you voluntarily accept and abide by all service norms and related agreements, management norms, including but not limited to the service agreement, privacy policy, member code of conduct, activity rules, usage rules, announcements, prompts, and notifications issued and revised from time to time by NFC Sticker Card regarding the services provided by NFC Sticker Card.
II. Service Content
2.1 Member Value-added Service refers to the service that, after paying a certain service fee in the designated way by NFC Sticker Card, you can enjoy privileges provided by NFC Sticker Card or its third-party partners in terms of NFC Sticker Card products, calculations, etc. It is briefly referred to as: this service.
2.2 NFC Sticker Card may, based on different product and service types, launch different member value-added services, adjust the existing types of member value-added services and member rights, and continuously introduce new types of member value-added services. The specific types of member value-added services and service contents are subject to the announcements on the relevant service pages and the actual provided service contents, and will take effect in accordance with the law after the announcement. You can choose the corresponding services according to your needs.
2.3 Special Note on Advertising: During the process of using the NFC Sticker Card member service, you will come into contact with commercial advertisements or other types of commercial information placed in various ways. NFC Sticker Card will provide you with "ad-free privileges" when you browse information, check the almanac, etc. The scope of "ad-free privileges" only refers to the contents marked with "ad" in NFC Sticker Card and does not include third-party information and news, etc. The ad-free privileges include automatically skipping ads for you and manually closing content recommendations; however, due to copyright restrictions or other reasons, different types of advertising services may still be presented to you, and it is also possible that NFC Sticker Card will place advertisements or commercial information in other ways. You understand and accept this, and you do not hold NFC Sticker Card responsible for this. At the same time, NFC Sticker Card promises to minimize the impact on your usage experience.
2.4 You understand and agree that NFC Sticker Card may push promotional information, content recommendations, or other related commercial information to you via email, in-app messages, SMS, WeChat, website announcements, or other means.
III. Member Fees and Term
3.1 Fee Standards and Payment
3.1.1 This service is a paid service provided by NFC Sticker Card. You must pay the corresponding fees according to the fee standards of this service before you can use it.
3.1.2 NFC Sticker Card may modify and change the fee standards and payment methods of this service based on the overall planning of this service. Such modifications and changes will be displayed on the corresponding service pages. If you need to obtain and use this service, please understand the fee standards and payment methods of this service in advance. Your activation and payment behavior indicate that you fully understand the fee standards and payment methods of the paid services provided by NFC Sticker Card.
3.1.3 You can activate this service by paying the fees as agreed through the designated Apple In-App Purchase system or other methods designated by NFC Sticker Card in the future. 3.1.4 NFC Sticker Card hereby declares that after your payment, NFC Sticker Card will not accept any refund requests in any form, except in cases where you are double-charged due to technical issues with the NFC Sticker Card product or you are unable to enjoy the purchased service due to technical issues with the NFC Sticker Card product. In such cases, you may file a refund appeal. After verification by NFC Sticker Card, a refund will be processed for you, but you need to provide the corresponding information and cooperate with NFC Sticker Card in the handling. You understand and clearly accept the above conditions. If you do not accept them, please carefully choose the paid services.
3.2 Service Period
3.2.1 The service period of this service is based on the period you choose and pay for the corresponding service fee. Currently, NFC Sticker Card offers weekly, monthly, and annual packages. You can also log in to the NFC Sticker Card member center or the corresponding page of this service to check. After the service period of the member service expires, NFC Sticker Card will stop providing the member service to you. Before the expiration of the service period, NFC Sticker Card may remind you to renew in time.
3.2.2 If you wish to enjoy the continuous purchase and automatic deduction service of the member service, you can apply to NFC Sticker Card according to the operation instructions and decide whether to continue the application after carefully reading the "Continuous Member Package Service". For detailed content, please refer to Article 5 of this agreement, "Continuous Member Package Service".
4.
Member Service Activation, Account Management and Cancellation
4.1 After you pay the fees as agreed through the designated methods of NFC Sticker Card, this service will be activated. After the activation of this service, it is only available for use on the NFC Sticker Card platform and not on any other platforms. Without the written consent of NFC Sticker Card, it cannot be provided to any third party for use, including but not limited to giving, selling, renting, borrowing, sharing, or transferring.
4.2 Account Management
(1) You fully understand and agree that you are responsible for all actions taken under your login account. All actions under this account are regarded as your own actions, including but not limited to any content you post and the consequences arising therefrom, including risks due to reliance on the correctness, completeness, or practicality of the content. You should independently judge the content provided by this service and bear the risks arising from the use of such content.
(2) You should use and properly keep and maintain your member account and password. If there is any leakage, loss, or theft of your account and password, and such actions are not caused by the legal fault of NFC Sticker Card, the losses will be borne by you.
(3) Member services are limited to use by the applicant account only; the recharge records and data of each account cannot be transferred, migrated, transferred, gifted, sold, rented, or shared, regardless of whether the accounts are owned by the same user. Please pay attention to the distinction when logging in and/or participating in activities to avoid losses.
4.3 Account Usage
You may not activate this service for yourself or others through any of the following means:
(1) For profit, business, or any purpose other than personal use;
(2) Through any robot software, spider software, crawler software, screen-flooding software, or any other program or software;
(3) Through any unfair means or in violation of the principle of good faith;
(4) Through any method not designated by NFC Sticker Card;
(5) Through any means that infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of NFC Sticker Card or others;
(6) Through any other means that violate relevant laws, administrative regulations, or national policies. You understand and agree that if you engage in any of the above-mentioned behaviors, NFC Sticker Card reserves the right to take corresponding measures (including but not limited to immediately suspending the service without notice, demanding that you compensate for all losses suffered by NFC Sticker Card, and seeking legal liability through judicial authorities) to hold you accountable.
4.4 Cancellation of Member Account
(1) Except for the cases where NFC Sticker Card cancels a user's member account in accordance with the agreement, announcements, and relevant laws and regulations, you can apply for cancellation through the online platform or by contacting NFC Sticker Card's customer service. You confirm that once the account is cancelled, you will no longer be able to use the member services. All contents, information, data, and records related to the services you have used through this account will be deleted or anonymized. Unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations, you will not be able to retrieve, access, obtain, continue to use, or recover the aforementioned contents, information, data, and records, nor will you have the right to request NFC Sticker Card to retrieve them.
